Overview
Join our Media Operations & Service Excellence teams as we roll out a brand-new Media Asset Management (MAM) system! As the
Media Asset Management Intern , you’ll gain hands‑on experience with digital media workflows, content organization, video operations, and system testing — all while contributing to impactful ministry-driven media.
This internship is ideal for students studying
Digital Media, Broadcasting, Film/TV, Communication, Information Science, or related programs
who want practical experience in media technology and production workflows.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will support our rollout of the Dalet Flex Media Asset Management system. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with
media ingest , transferring and preparing digital assets for use
Performing
metadata tagging
to ensure content is organized, searchable, and easy to retrieve
Supporting
workflow testing
to help the team refine and validate new processes
Helping with
basic video editing
and preparing assets for internal use
Reviewing and organizing media to align with defined production workflows
Providing
hands‑on feedback
during configuration, testing, and system refinement
Collaborating with ministry‑minded media teams to support operational excellence

at our Franklin, TN Ministry Center.
