The Marketing & Administrative Coordinator serves a vital role in fulfilling CFU’s mission through building brand awareness and driving relationship development.

Marketing & Relationship Development

Strategy & Planning: develop and implement annual development/marketing plans and campaigns aligned with organizational goals

Development & Marketing Strategy: manage budgets, track performance metrics, and collaborate with CFU teams to support community awareness and engagement

Content Creation & Management: produce content for social media, newsletters, websites, and annual reports to increase visibility

Fundraising Support: create persuasive, donor-centric messaging to drive donations and support initiatives

Community Engagement: build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes

Analytics & Reporting: track marketing KPIs and analyze campaign performance to optimize outreach

Project Management: oversee marketing materials production (newsletters, website and graphic design), maintain brand consistency, and develop program/donor collateral

Impact Storytelling: design, implement, and manage frameworks to measure, analyze, and report on CFUs programmatic effectiveness

Advisor Engagement: identify and coordinate marketing/continuing education presentations

UGA Membership: facilitate membership/sponsorship goals, plan and execute events

Board: provide administrative support for annual board meeting planning

Donor Relations: maintain relationships with donors and community partners

Administrative Support: provide ongoing support across teams and office as requested

Preferred Experience

Experience: 4-6 years of experience with marketing and relationship development

Strong storytelling ability, excellent copywriting skills, strategic thinking, and project management

Proficiency in social media management, email marketing tools (Mailchimp), CMS (e.g., Joomla), CRM systems, design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office

Strong skillset/ability to leverage AI tools

Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail

Budgeting skills and experience with a high level of comfort with financial reporting

Ability to interpret complex data, statistical analysis, and research findings

Ability to forecast process bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions
