Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch and Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat
Address inquiries related to products, services, and company policies with accuracy and efficiency
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for enhanced service quality
Collaborate with various teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer needs
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to inquiries
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
Able to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team success
