Your Role
Provide excellent customer support to Dutch/Flemish–speaking clients, ensuring inquiries are handled with care and professionalism
Communicate effectively through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat
Become proficient with our client systems to deliver efficient and high-quality service
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is crucial for effective communication with clients
Strong communication skills paired with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies suitable for remote work
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Willingness to relocate to Greece as part of this exciting opportunity
