Other duties may be assigned.* Assist management with the development of sales strategies using a customer-focused approach* Develops, executes and maintains a social media program to stimulate traffic, brand awareness & create buzz.* Support the Finance Manager with customer relations, negotiations and bank relationships* Assist dealership focus team on process improvement and customer/employee engagement projects* Utilize social media in automotive sales advertisement campaigns* Shadow management on general strategy of dealership* Special projects as directed by the General Manager**Qualifications:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
