We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with potential customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. This role will also involve maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and successfully navigating the sales process to close. This is a B2B SaaS sales role focused on the automotive industry. All candidates must have experience in the B2B automotive space. Candidates

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities in your designated territory.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Present, promote and sell solutions to existing and prospective customers.

Analyze the territory/market potential and evaluate sales reports on a routine basis.

Provide weekly updates to the Sales Manager on leads, conversions, and sales targets.

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the corporate message.

Maintain an active sales pipeline that validates your ability to hit your sales quota.

Work cross-functionally with all departments including Marketing, Onboarding, Product & Customer Support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or applicable industry experience.

5+ years of successful outside sales experience.

MUST HAVE B2B automotive industry experience.

SaaS experience (B2B) is a plus.

Must have a hunter mindset and drive to find new business daily.

Prior experience with running end-to-end sales cycle and demonstrating creative sales tactics to engage prospects.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce.com

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
