Metal Fastening Systems is looking for an

Outside Sales Representative

to manage and grow our sales territory in the

Tampa Bay, Florida area . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys

building relationships ,

solving product problems , and

getting out in the field

with customers.

You’ll work directly with contractors and OEMs, helping them select the right fastening solutions and providing technical support and product specifications.

What you’ll do

Manage and grow an established sales territory in the

Tampa Bay area

Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and OEMs

Make regular in‑person sales calls and job‑site visits

Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions

Provide basic technical support, including product specifications and application guidance

Work closely with internal team members to ensure excellent customer service and follow‑up

Track activity and results to meet or exceed sales goals

What we’re looking for

Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic

Positive attitude and professional presence

Comfortable working independently in the field

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Any knowledge of

roofing ,

construction , or

fasteners

is a plus

Prior outside sales experience is preferred, but we’re open to the right fit
