What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the planning, development, and execution of the sales and marketing budget for the Gauze Product Line

Maintain strong relationships with key personnel at existing and prospective customer accounts

Continuously monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscape

Manage sales-related expenses in alignment with the approved budget and client engagement requirements

Provide regular updates to senior management regarding market conditions and business unit performance

What is Required (Qualifications)

BA or BS Degree in Chemical Engineering

5+ years of professional sales-related experience in a B2B environment

Experience in Nitric Acid and HCN is preferred

Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently

Willingness to travel extensively across North America

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in sales management within the technology or manufacturing sectors

Proven track record of successful customer relationship management

Familiarity with market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong communication skills for reporting to senior management
