What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage sales efforts in the U.S. for the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market to achieve revenue and margin targets
Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial strategies align with execution capabilities
Drive sales pipeline development and actively prospect for new opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight technical advantages and value propositions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience
Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
Proven experience with Industrial power generation, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to lead long sales cycles
Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or modular buildings
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits and events
