Your profile:

You bring

5+ years of hands‑on experience

in

growth ,

product management , or

PLG marketing

– ideally within a

SaaS environment .

You have a

proven track record

of

building and scaling PLG funnels

that delivered measurable impact on

conversion ,

retention , and

revenue .

You

think in systems , not just tactics – you connect

product ,

data , and

go‑to‑market

into a cohesive

growth strategy .

You are

deeply analytical

and fluent in

PLG metrics

– from

trial‑to‑paid conversion

to

expansion revenue

and

churn .

You have experience

leading cross‑functional initiatives

and

managing external partners/agencies .

You thrive in

high‑autonomy roles

and bring an

entrepreneurial, experimentation‑driven mindset .

You

communicate complex data clearly and confidently

– in both

German

and

English , including

presentations .

Your job:

You take

end‑to‑end ownership

of growth for

UDI Hub

and

UDI Connect

— our

SMB‑focused, product‑led SaaS offerings .

You drive and optimize the entire

PLG funnel

— from

awareness

to

trial ,

activation , and

conversion .

You design, prioritize, and lead

growth experiments

— whether it’s

onboarding flows ,

pricing ,

feature launches , or

A/B tests .

You define, measure, and track key

PLG metrics

such as

trial‑to‑paid conversion ,

activation rate ,

retention ,

expansion revenue , and

churn .

You ensure

PLG initiatives

are aligned with

company goals

and work closely with

Product

and

Marketing

to execute

roadmaps

and

campaigns .

You orchestrate

cross‑functional collaboration

with

Product ,

Content Engineering , and

Sales

to create

seamless customer journeys

and embed a

culture of data‑driven experimentation

across the organization.

You manage

external partners and agencies

for

PLG‑specific tasks

like

SEO ,

SEA ,

content , and

analytics .
