JR-00946# **Job Responsibilities****Job Description**Under the direction of the organization's Vice President International Marketing, the **International Player Development Executive** is responsible for effectively marketing, evaluating, and maintaining a professional relationship with assigned house players, and establishing new business. Knows and ensures adherence to department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations. This position is eligible for an incentive program determined by management. This position will be measured and evaluated based on the contribution of the financial growth, specifically revenue gained through relationship marketing of high worth players.
This position requires the employee to be fluent in Cantonese.
**License Level:** This is a gaming level position.
The position has access to sensitive customer information.
Nothing in this description shall be interpreted to give this position the ability to make discretionary decisions or develop and implement policies that will have long term impact on gaming operations.**Essential Duties / Core Competencies*** Ensures the highest level of Customer Service is given to guests at all times.* Sells and promotes property using pertinent and appropriate offers, property amenities, special events and promotions that drive property visits.* Increases player core revenue by personal networking and telemarketing.* Achieves personal and department goals as determined by management.* Regularly reviews activity reports sent from the property and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.* Resolves problems, questions, or concerns from high worth guests.* Ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of high worth players as well as other guests and employees.* Increases player core revenue by personal networking and telemarketing.* May represent the Company, including spokesperson at events or promotions, entertainment and Company sponsored events both on and off property.* Actively seeks new players through networking.* Achieves all assigned Incentive Plan goals.* Attends all necessary meetings.* Performs other tasks as assigned.**Work/Educational Experience*** Must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations.* BA/BS in marketing or a related field preferred.* Three (3) years' experience in a Casino Marketing capacity in a large-scale gaming operation.**Essential Requirements**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.*Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:*Ability to compute complex mathematical calculations. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
