PeopleSoft HCM Functional SME

We are seeking a

PeopleSoft HCM Functional SME

with hands‑on expertise in

implementation, upgrades, and end‑user support for a REMOTE long‑term contract . This role requires a strong understanding of HCM modules and the ability to bridge functional requirements with technical execution.

Responsibilities:

Lead or support

PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 functional upgrades

(preferably 8.9 → 9.2)

Provide functional expertise in one or more modules:

Core HR / Workforce Administration

Benefits Administration

Time & Labor

Payroll Interfaces

Talent Acquisition Manager / Candidate Gateway

FMLA and/or COBRA Administration

Gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, configure systems, and support testing

Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations and customizations

Qualifications:

Strong

functional PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience

Prior upgrade experience preferred

Public sector or union-based workforce experience strongly preferred
