The Opportunity The Human Resources Strategist Intern helps design the systems that power the Anthem Ecosystem, a creative and tech driven network connecting music, media, and education. You will work with leadership and multiple teams to support recruiting, onboarding, and culture across our community. This role offers direct experience in HR strategy, operations, and engagement, showing how high performing creative teams are built and supported in the modern music and media industry.
What You’ll Learn & Do
Support the HR team with intern and staff recruitment
Assist in scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
Help organize and manage HR documents including agreements, NDAs, and timesheets.
Participate in developing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and company culture initiatives.
Assist with internal communications, performance tracking, and engagement programs.
Learn to use modern HR tools (Airtable, Google Workspace, Notion, and project management software).
