As we continue expanding in the U.S. and European activewear / performance apparel markets, we are seeking a highly capable Senior Sales Assistant to support our commercial team and contribute to scalable, professional account execution.

The Role This is not a traditional administrative assistant role.

We are looking for a commercially minded, detail-oriented apparel professional who understands garment construction, and costing fundamentals.

You will work closely with Senior Sales Managers to ensure seamless execution across sampling, costing, production follow-up, and client communication — acting as a key bridge between the U.S. sales office and our global production teams.

Key Responsibilities Commercial & Account Support

Support Senior Sales Managers in managing strategic U.S. accounts

Assist in preparing quotations, cost sheets, and margin analysis

Coordinate sample development timelines and follow up with internal teams

Track order status, production progress, and delivery schedules

Technical & Product Coordination

Review tech packs and assist in translating customer requirements into production-ready instructions

Work closely with sourcing and production teams to ensure fabric, trim, and garment specifications are accurately executed

Help resolve basic production or quality issues through proactive communication

Act as a communication bridge between U.S. clients and overseas factories (China, Egypt, Bangladesh, etc.)

Translate and clarify technical or commercial information when necessary

Ensure information flow between internal teams and customers is timely and accurate

Data & Process Management

Maintain organized records of costing sheets, order summaries, and client communication

Support reporting preparation for sales performance tracking

Assist in improving workflow efficiency and internal coordination processes

Qualifications & Experience

Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and basic costing structure

Experience supporting U.S. retail brands or private-label programs is a plus

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written required)

Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Authorized to work in the United States

Willingness to travel internationally often to overseas production bases, such as China, Bangladesh and Egypt, to coordinate sampling and production audits.

Compensation Annual base salary:

$55,000 – $75,000 , commensurate with experience and industry expertise.
