Overview The Creative Strategist supports the strategy and execution of paid media creative, influencer content, and ad campaign initiatives across a portfolio of client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who's creatively minded, analytically curious, and eager to grow in performance-driven marketing and content development.
You'll spend the majority of your time helping to brainstorm and build ad creatives that align with client goals, while also supporting influencer campaign coordination and paid media efforts. You'll also leverage AI tools to help scale creative production and keep pace with performance media demands.
Responsibilities
Draft creative briefs and ad concepts in collaboration with the Creative Strategy team
Review and log raw content for new ad creatives, identifying gaps or creative opportunities
Conduct competitor research to spot trends in ad formats, messaging, and hooks — and compile ad inspiration for upcoming creatives
Document performance trends from top-performing creatives to help build a creative testing roadmap
Help maintain creative approval sheets and ensure assets are delivered to clients on time
Partner with the design team to coordinate edits and updates to ad creatives
Collaborate with clients to understand their creative vision, brand guidelines, and key messaging to develop ad creative assets
Influencer Campaign Support
Support influencer campaign execution by identifying talent, tracking deliverables, and coordinating sample shipments
Organize and maintain a content library of UGC and influencer videos for ongoing ad use
Help negotiate contracts, usage rights, and deliverables with creators
Manage campaign timelines and coordinate with influencers to ensure content is delivered on time
Collaborate with the paid media team to concept and brief creators on performance-driven content needs
Provide feedback and creative direction to influencers to optimize content for ad performance
Ad Campaign Support
Assist the paid media team with ad campaign publishing and development, as needed
Monitor ad campaign and creative performance to help plan upcoming creatives appropriately
Support landing page creation, including ideation, copywriting, and building pages using landing page builder tools
AI-Powered Creative Scaling
Use AI tools to help scale creative output to meet performance media demands — including producing variants, iterating on concepts, and adapting formats quickly
Contribute to AI-assisted creative workflows that balance speed, volume, and quality
Stay curious about the evolving AI creative toolset and bring new capabilities into your work
Team Operations
Attend weekly team syncs for your clients and 1:1s with your manager
Jump in on brainstorms for ad concepts, campaign angles, and creative strategies
Qualifications
2–4 years of relevant experience in creative strategy, marketing, social media, or an agency environment
Comfortable using platforms like Canva, Meta Ads Library, Google Drive, and AI creative tools
Excellent communication and writing skills with a sharp eye for brand voice
Organized, flexible, and ready to juggle multiple tasks across creative and social workflows
Familiarity with paid media platforms and general influencer/social trends
A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn by doing
Bonus: client experience in health & wellness, beauty, e-commerce, retail, apparel, or financial services
Compensation

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST
Employees within an hour of our offices must work in-office three days a week.
