Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

Snap Fitness is seeking a creative and reliable Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness and community, an eye for authentic content, and the ability to follow a structured content system that drives real results. This is a great opportunity to represent one of the most recognizable fitness brands in the country while making a genuine impact for our members and our local community.
Responsibilities
Capture gym photos, short videos, and Reels during each gym visit.
Post 4–7 times per week to the gym’s Instagram & Facebook feed, as well as our TikTok page.
Publish a minimum of 3 Reels per week.
Post daily Stories to both platforms, targeting 5–10 stories per day.
Capture at least 5 content moments every time you visit the gym (examples: busy gym energy, member moments, trainer coaching, equipment clips).
Execute our monthly content rotation: member spotlights, trainer tips, gym humor, athlete features, new member welcomes, community pride posts, and more.
Create conversion-focused content designed to drive new memberships, including member story videos, first visit walkthroughs, and busy gym proof posts.
Occasionally capture content at our Zumbrota location as needed.
Qualifications
Comfortable filming and editing short‑form video content (Reels, Stories) using a smartphone.
Familiar with Instagram and Facebook, including feed posts, Stories, and Reels.
Familiar with editing and posting TikTok content.
Interested in fitness and community‑focused content.
Social media marketing experience is a plus, but not required — we have a clear playbook in place.
Requirements
Friendly and personable — comfortable interacting with members and staff inside the gym.
Organized and reliable. You own a posting schedule and you hit it.
Local to the Cannon Falls area preferred.
Strong eye for authentic, community‑first content — we are not a bodybuilding brand.
Applicant must be a self‑starter who can follow a system and execute independently!
