We are seeking a Social Media & Content Manager who can take ownership of our organic social ecosystem; someone who combines creative execution with performance analytics and understands how content drives brand awareness, patient engagement, and lead generation. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly impacts brand growth across a national healthcare brand.
Role Overview The
Social Media & Content Manager
will lead the execution and optimization of SynergenX and Low T Center’s organic social presence across platforms including:
Instagram
Facebook
TikTok
LinkedIn
X (Twitter)
This role blends content strategy, hands‑on content creation, analytics, and channel ownership. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, Creative Manager, and Digital team while owning the day‑to‑day performance of our social media presence. This is an ideal role for a content professional who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants ownership of a growing national brand’s social presence.
What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months
Establish a consistent and strategic content cadence across all major platforms
Increase audience growth and engagement across social channels
Launch multiple high‑performing short‑form video campaigns
Improve brand engagement and audience interaction metrics
Deliver insights that influence future marketing strategy and campaigns
Success in this role will be measured by engagement growth, audience expansion, and content performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Channel Ownership
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
Own the day‑to‑day management of all social media platforms
Manage posting cadence, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement
Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to build community and trust
Content Creation & Campaign Execution
Create and publish short‑form video, social posts, captions, and campaigns
Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce high‑quality visual assets
Translate healthcare topics into engaging content for consumer audiences
Maintain and execute a structured content calendar tied to campaigns
Support blog, landing page, and email content as needed
Analytics, Performance & Optimization
Track engagement, audience growth, traffic, and conversion metrics
Utilize platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar tools
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct A/B testing on content formats, messaging, and posting cadence
Translate analytics into clear insights and recommendations
Trend Awareness & Platform Innovation
Monitor social platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging content formats
Test new storytelling approaches and social features
Identify influencer or collaboration opportunities aligned with brand voice
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of professional experience managing social media and content for a brand
Demonstrated ownership of brand social media accounts with measurable growth results
Experience working with direct‑to‑consumer brands (healthcare, wellness, consumer, or regulated industries preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong writing and storytelling abilities
Experience with social media management and analytics platforms
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment

Creative collaboration tools such as Adobe or Canva
Portfolio & Proof of Results (Required) Candidates must include a portfolio or examples of social media accounts they personally managed, including:

Examples of posts, campaigns, or short‑form video content
Performance metrics (engagement, audience growth, traffic, conversions)
A brief explanation of your role in the strategy and execution

Work Environment Northwest Houston – 249 & Louetta
Schedule Structure: Initial Schedule: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote After 90–120 days, hybrid eligibility may be reassessed based on performance, KPIs, and demonstrated success. Candidates must already reside in the Houston area. Relocation assistance is not available.
