This is a
highly hands-on Creative Director role
designed for a true creatornot just a reviewer. High focus of
this role is dedicated to personally creating, designing, and producing content , while the remaining time focuses on prioritization, light team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will actively design, build, and execute creative assets across digital, social, and campaign channels while ensuring brand consistency and measurable performance impact. This position is first 90 days on site and moves to a hybrid of 3/2
in NW Houston (77070) .
Remote work and relocation assistance are not offered
due to operational and collaboration requirements. What Youll Do (Hands-On Focus)
Creative Execution (Primary Focus)
Personally design and produce
high-quality creative assets
across: Paid digital advertising Social media (organic + paid) Website, landing pages, and campaign visuals Email, print, and in-clinic marketing materials Develop brand-aligned visuals, layouts, motion/video, and campaign concepts from
idea through final execution Actively use tools such as
Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and video editing platforms Build and maintain
design systems, templates, and scalable creative frameworks Execute fast-turn, high-volume creative in a
direct-to-consumer, performance-driven environment Creative Leadership & Collaboration
Translate marketing and business objectives into clear creative direction and deliverables Maintain and evolve brand standards across all consumer touchpoints Partner cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and operations teams Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to internal creatives or external partners as needed Balance creative quality with timelines, priorities, and business needs What Were Looking For
4+ years of experience
in creative direction, brand management, or design within a
B2C environment Demonstrated experience
personally executing
creative worknot just overseeing Proven involvement in
brand refreshes, rebrands, or visual evolution initiatives Strong portfolio showing
hands-on design, campaign execution, and digital work Proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma and/or Canva Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Strong understanding of:
Brand storytelling Consumer engagement Performance-driven creative
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (required) Key Competencies
Hands-on creative production & execution B2C campaign development Digital & social advertising creative Brand systems & visual identity Strong communication and prioritization Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment Work Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
