About the Position The Marketing Multimedia & Innovation team is looking for a
Film major
with interest in pre‑ and/or post‑production processes such as DIT, file management and experience with editing in Premiere Pro, or a
3D Animation/Game Design major
with interest in hard‑surface modeling, UV mapping and asset preparation for use in Unreal Engine.
Majors of Interest
Film/Broadcast Production (specifically file management, DIT, editing experience)
Computer Animation, Game Design (specifically hard surface modeling, UV mapping)
Desired Skills/ Experience
Familiarity and experience in a video, film, or broadcast production environment.
Experience with video cameras, including Canon R series, Canon C200, Alexa Mini, or Hitachi cameras.
Experience with Adobe CC—specifically Premiere Pro. Experience with color‑grading software is a plus.
Comfort with technology and video production equipment, including on‑set lighting and audio.
Experience operating on set in various production roles, including but not limited to script supervision, grip, audio, and camera operation.
Experience with DIT: organized and highly attentive to detail with video file management, metadata tagging, archiving, and file transfer/management.

Must be enrolled as a full‑time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded); must be listed on resume.
Minimum duration: 12–14 weeks (summer); 14–16 weeks (spring and fall).
Must work onsite; this is not a remote position.
Must have reliable transportation.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
