Monitor and respond to DMs and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned voice Support with drafting, scheduling, and organizing social media content when needed Assist with styling needs for social media shoots, including steaming, organizing, and prepping clothing/products Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and team, including scheduling, calendar management, and project coordination Maintain organized digital files, documents, and content libraries Help prepare engagement and social media performance reports Provide general office and team support to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements

No Experience necessary but knowledge of social platforms preferred Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and brand voice Ability to steam, prep, and organize clothing/products for shoots (experience in fashion, styling, or retail is a plus) Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with social media management tools Proficiency in Google Workspace Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week To apply, please email your resume to Careers@valeforever.com and include the title of the position you’re applying for in the subject line.
