Requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and travel during recruiting cycles and football season

Job Summary Provides leadership and coordination for football program relations and communications with prospective student-athletes, transfer portal prospects, and their guardians/families. Oversees recruiting visit experiences, supports recruiting operations, and manages communication flow between coaching staff, recruiting personnel, and prospects. Assists in educating prospects on NIL opportunities and institutional resources while ensuring all recruiting communications and visit activities comply with NCAA, SEC, and institutional policies.

Preferred Education/Experience

Experience within Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) athletics

Experience coordinating recruiting visits and prospect engagement initiatives.

Familiarity with NIL frameworks and transfer portal processes.

Experience with recruiting databases and communication platforms
