Long-Form Editor

We’re looking for a Long-Form Editor to support a conversational pop culture podcast known for candid discussions, cultural commentary, and personality-driven storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who understands pacing in unscripted dialogue and knows how to shape raw conversation into tight, engaging episodes.

You’ll work closely with the core team to edit full-length episodes with clarity, rhythm, and visual cohesion, ensuring each conversation feels natural, dynamic, and optimized for digital audiences.

Responsibilities

Edit full-length podcast‑style episodes with a focus on pacing, comedic timing, and conversational flow

Shape raw multi‑cam footage into polished, cohesive final cuts

Integrate graphics, on‑screen text, references, and light visual enhancements when appropriate

Balance visual engagement with a clean, consistent show aesthetic

Export and deliver final cuts aligned with upload deadlines

Maintain organized project files and timelines within DaVinci Resolve

Qualifications

Proficient in DaVinci Resolve (certification preferred)

3+ years of experience editing long‑form digital or podcast‑style content

Strong understanding of conversational pacing and audience retention

Experience working with multi‑camera setups

Highly organized with strong time management skills and deadline‑driven
