
Marketing Manager - Legal B2B SaaS

About the Role Jove Legal is seeking a mid-to-senior level Marketing Manager to drive high-quality lead generation specifically targeting personal injury law firms — not consumers seeking legal services, but the firms themselves. This role is focused on marketing and selling software solutions to personal injury practices that want to better run, manage, and grow their firms.
Working closely with senior leadership, the Senior Marketing Manager will translate company priorities and campaign direction into strategic, well-coordinated marketing programs that attract and convert law firm decision-makers into qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
You will be supported by a robust creative team including writers, graphics designers, videographers and other specialists.
While this role is execution-heavy, it requires strong campaign judgment, channel knowledge, and an ability to communicate marketing results to the executive team.
What You’ll Do
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from planning through launch and reporting
Own timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination for campaigns tied to product launches, demand generation, and brand awareness
Oversee execution across key channels, including:
LinkedIn advertising and outreach
Website updates, landing pages, and SEO/GEO/LLMO efforts
Webinars, virtual events, and podcast syndication
Tradeshows and customer engagements
Partnership and co-marketing initiatives
Work in HubSpot to build and manage campaigns, forms, email marketing, and performance reporting
Manage the website and coordinate directly with developers or vendors as needed
Oversee development of content assets, including blogs, emails, sales materials, and landing pages
Coordinate and manage press releases and external announcements
Coordinate graphic design and creative production with freelancers, agencies, and internal partner teams to ensure work is on brand and delivered on time
Coordinate project management with the partner marketing organization to align timelines, assets, and execution
Collaborate closely with Sales and Product to align campaigns with business priorities
Manage external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure high-quality, timely execution
Become an expert in the legal software industry and competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on execution (SaaS and/or legal industry experience preferred)
Experience running campaigns across multiple channels, not just owning one
Working knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation platform
Solid understanding of demand generation and how channels work together in a SaaS environment
Experience managing websites, content production, and creative workflows
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and leadership
Clear communicator who can translate direction into action
Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow into expanded marketing leadership over time
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to legal, professional services, or regulated industries
Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners
Familiarity with PR, podcast marketing, or partnership-led growth
