This role plays a key part in connecting with stakeholders to coordinate services in central and southern Illinois.

About Us

Future Energy Enterprises is a consulting and technical services firm that supports energy efficiency programs. FutEE provides strategic, regulatory, and analytical expertise, along with software and process solutions, to help design, manage, and evaluate effective energy programs, including managing the Illinois Mobile Home Initiative.

Responsibilities

Support customer and stakeholder outreach efforts, including email communications, event promotion, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Driving application engagement and processing application paperwork.

Maintain outreach and marketing calendars, contact lists, and documentation to ensure timely and consistent communications.

Provide general administrative and coordination support related to outreach and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer outreach, business development, or administrative coordination.

Education: Coursework in marketing, communications, business, environmental studies, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Hours

Initially 8-15 hours per week, with additional hours available in the summer
