Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) We are looking to bring on a Survey Specialist to our Experience Design (XD) team. This team is a part of full lifecycle programs that will be targeted towards the internal employee side. What we will need is someone who comes from a research and product/program background within the XD and marketing space running full lifecycle initiatives. One key element will be to designing and managing current surveys and any new requests that come in from stakeholders. This person will need to run data-driven methodologies in their survey tool (Qualtrics) to create/enhance the journeys of business needs. From here they will work with other BUs (messaging, marketing, CX, UX, SEO, etc.) to think big picture in how each survey campaigns plays a role in their programs/overall organization. This will include journey mapping, identifying journey gaps for improvements, quantitative research through Qualtrics, and being a critical part of their Measurement Strategy. This is where full lifecycle program/product experience will be important as the role evolves based on the needs. We need someone who is highly organizational, is highly-driven for discovery, is curious, and is high on execution. They will be working with all aspects of the business, so someone who can speak confidently to stakeholders while also getting into the weeds/troubleshooting is needed.
