Job Description As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on reshaping the way insurance is approached. Engaging with potential clients through various channels, including social media and digital platforms.

Participating in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Building a personal brand within the community through networking and events.
Qualifications
Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.A positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.
Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training will be provided).

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Spokane and Pullman.
Our office is open M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If staffing allows, TM’s can work 8:30 – 5:30 with 1 hour lunch or 9 – 5:30 with half hour lunch.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1994.
We currently have 15 team members at our agency.
