Title: Lead Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Engineer
Primary Location: Dallas, TX Preferred and Remote should be Okay with 25 to 30% Travel.

Position Summary: Senior technical leader responsible for Applied Digital's operational technology security program. Defines OT security architecture and strategy for industrial control systems, building management systems, and critical data center infrastructure. Build and matures OT security program from inception while ensuring security measures protect safety-critical systems without compromising availability requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Define OT cybersecurity roadmap and security architecture standards
Serve as primary technical authority on OT/ICS security matters
Architect OT security monitoring and IT/OT segmentation strategies
Develop OT risk management frameworks and incident response capabilities
Lead cross-functional initiatives between cybersecurity, facilities, and engineering teams
Build OT security expertise within the team and represent OT cybersecurity to leadership
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of OT/ICS security experience with 3+ years in senior/lead capacity
Expert knowledge of industrial protocols and OT security monitoring platforms
GICSP required plus CISSP or advanced OT security certifications
Strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership abilities
Experience developing OT security programs for critical infrastructure
