Role Overview As our Brand Communications Manager Intern, you’ll ensure that Ever Lasting’s messaging stays consistent, impactful, and aligned across all channels—PR, blog, email, web, and social. You’ll serve as a storytelling bridge between departments, helping craft campaign copy, refine brand tone, and oversee content alignment. This role is ideal for someone with strong editorial instincts, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of our brand values.

Review and align messaging across press releases, email campaigns, web copy, and social posts
Collaborate with PR, Marketing, and Blog teams to shape campaign narratives and tone
Audit brand content across platforms for consistency and clarity
Write or edit longform and shortform content (e.g., About pages, captions, CTAs, campaign blurbs)
Support internal guides and documentation of brand voice, tone, and content strategy
Coordinate cross-team messaging timelines for major campaigns and launches
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in messaging and recommend improvements
Qualifications
Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, consistent voice
Experience with content creation across at least two platforms (e.g., blog + social, or email + web)
Detail-oriented and organized in managing multiple content pieces and teams
Familiarity with Notion, Google Docs, and collaborative editing tools
Bonus: Experience with brand voice development, tone guidelines, or editorial calendars
A natural communicator who’s passionate about cohesive storytelling
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and leadership
Able to identify inconsistencies and offer tactful editorial feedback
Interested in building a portfolio that reflects thoughtful brand strategy
Obsessed with tone, clarity, and emotional resonance in messaging
