Sales Consultant

Volkswagen of Corpus Christi is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing sales team. If you enjoy working with people and want a career with strong income potential, we want to meet you.

No automotive sales experience is required — we will train the right person.

Our dealership provides the training, support, and customer traffic needed to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs

Demonstrate Volkswagen vehicles and explain features and benefits

Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process

Follow up with customers to build relationships and referrals

Work with management to achieve monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Self‑motivated and dependable

Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Ability to work Saturdays

Valid driver’s license

Compensation

$3,000 monthly draw against commissions

Realistic earning potential of

$60,000 – $120,000+ per year
