Spring or Summer Internship – Business & Management in a Golf Operations
Hours Available Outside Internship Dates if preferred.
We’re currently looking for an intern for the Spring or Summer semester who’s interested in the business and operations side of the golf industry. This hands‑on role focuses on staff/clubhouse management, small business operations, event management with managing of all departments.
We offer flexible hours to work around your class schedule, and we customize the internship based on your interests and career goals—whether that’s operations, marketing, event planning, management, or a mix.
Golf & Event Operations
Manage events from start to finish
Proshop tee sheet management
Cart and starter coordination
Tournament and outing setup
Retail sales and merchandising support
Business & Administrative Tasks
Create and schedule marketing and social media content
Assist with basic reporting, pricing, scheduling, and invoicing
Support operational planning and special project coordination
Customer Service & Employee Management
Oversee or assist with staff across multiple departments: Pro Shop, Bar, Beverage Cart, Kitchen, and Rangers
Learn onboarding and training processes
Monitor customer service standards across the facility
Support shift coordination and staff communication
