Aborn Powers, Inc. is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented
Association Manager
to oversee a dynamic portfolio of Commercial Property Owner Associations (POAs) and Residential Homeowners Associations (HOAs). This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about serving communities with excellence and integrity.

What You’ll Do
Serve as liaison to Boards of Directors and facilitate board meetings
Ensure compliance with Davis-Stirling and governing documents
Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and reserve planning
Manage vendors, contracts, inspections, and capital projects
Handle owner communication, dispute resolution, and rule enforcement
Maintain high standards across multiple communities
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in association or property management
Knowledge of HOA governance, CC&Rs, and financial oversight
Experience with AppFolio or similar software
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® (or ability to obtain)
Valid CA driver’s license
