Fully Remote (U.S.) Compensation:
$80K–$100K base + commission/bonuses Benefits:

mid-sized specialized transportation company
providing flatbed, heavy haul, and complex freight solutions nationwide. With a strong dispatch and operations team based in Syracuse, NY, they are looking to add a
proven freight sales professional
who can bring and grow shipper relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing
book of shipper business
Prospect and develop
new shipper accounts
Sell
specialized transportation solutions
Negotiate pricing and service agreements
Work closely with operations/dispatch to ensure smooth load execution
Track pipeline, activity, and revenue growth
Requirements
3–5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
Must bring an active, transferable book of business
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
Self-starter comfortable working

Experience with CRM and standard sales tools
Critical Experience Requirement The
ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience specifically in specialized freight , including:
Open Deck
Step Deck
Double Drop
Over Dimensional (OD)
Multi-Axle Freight
