What you’ll do As the Strategy & Planning Lead, you will drive the strategy, structure, and delivery of enterprise‑wide company initiatives. This role connects strategy with execution; building clarity across teams, shaping decisions, and ensuring large AOP & functional programs move from idea to impact. It is a high‑partnership role that connects business, technology, data, and leaders to align efforts and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Translate the company’s initiatives into a clear roadmap with defined priorities, timelines, and success metrics

Partner with functional, product, and data leaders to identify and advance the highest‑value scope, use cases, and initiatives

Keep the roadmap adaptive and responsive to changing business priorities and developments

Build and maintain the core operating model for large‑scale programs: intake, prioritization, review, approval, and execution tracking

Lead cross‑functional coordination with application engineering, application product management, and global data & analytics teams

Simplify complex processes, reduce friction, and create visibility through structured documentation and dashboards

Communicate progress and decisions openly through updates, forums, and scorecards that build trust and shared understanding

Bring clarity and consistency to goals, risks, and results communicated across the enterprise

Turn strategy into action through disciplined planning, milestone tracking, and continuous follow‑through

Tackle roadblocks with agility and resourcefulness, partnering across teams to solve problems quickly

Manage complex programs where ownership is distributed and influence is built through credibility and collaboration

Shape adoption strategies that focus on real usage and impact, not just deployment

Encourage experimentation while maintaining control and compliance

Help leaders and teams adjust to new workflows and AI‑integrated ways of working

Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides time between in‑office and remote work. Minimum 2 days per week in‑office.

What you bring Basic Qualifications

12+ years in program management, business operations, or strategy roles within technology or data‑focused organizations

Proven ability to deliver complex, cross‑functional initiatives with limited direct authority

Experience in AI, analytics, or digital transformation, with strong understanding of governance and risk

Comfortable challenging the status quo, connecting dots across functions, and thinking beyond traditional org boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication and storytelling skills

Hands‑on operator with the judgment to know when to plan, when to adapt, and when to act

Ability to simplify the complex and build alignment fast

Experience in strategy, planning and operations work

Understands financial and business metrics

Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

California: $157,500.00 – $254,350.00 base salary.

This role is also eligible for the following:

Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on pre‑established goals. Non‑sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.

Stock: Eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
