Intervention Specialist - Full-Time - $42-$45/hr - Small Caseload (Approx. 10 Students)
Therapy Source is seeking an Intervention Specialist to deliver in‑person support for K‑3 charter school students. This full‑time position is available for the remainder of the current school year and offers a
small, focused caseload of approximately 10 students , allowing for meaningful instruction and manageable compliance responsibilities.
Position Details
$42‑$45 per hour
Full‑Time
Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Grades K‑3
Small caseload – approximately 10 students
Pull‑out service model
Qualifications
Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Resident Educator, Professional, Senior, or Lead)
School certification in Ohio
Current required clearances (or willingness to obtain)
Individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities May Include
Providing specially designed instruction aligned to student needs
Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction using data
Creating a positive, structured learning environment
Supporting students, families, and general education staff
Coaching students in self‑regulation and organizational skills
Developing effective IEPs with measurable outcomes
Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
