Duration: 9 months/through EOY with extensions based on client need and performance.

Overview The Marketing Operations team's mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our audiences, globally. To accomplish this mission, we're building a team of technical CRM experts who build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Ads Marketing Lifecycle partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency so that each campaign reaches the correct audience on-time with excellent craft.

About the Role Focusing on Ads Marketing Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for building, testing and launching retention marketing campaigns designed by our Marketing Lifecycle partners. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and key stakeholders across the Ads and Promotions business to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the client's Merchant audience, with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for the high quality campaign delivery rate and production efficiency of each campaign launch.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other surfaces using Iterable and internal marketing platforms. Includes owning the QA review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, building target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders.

Operational Efficiency: Develop scalable workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams such as Lifecycle, Ads Marketing, Martech, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design to align on campaign goals, audience segmentation, and creative execution.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve quality, craft and efficiency for future initiatives.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for your Ads Marketing Lifecycle partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.

Tool Expertise: Leverage Iterable and internal marketing platforms to implement sophisticated campaigns, including automation, dynamic content, and A/B testing.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, CRM Operations, or Lifecycle Marketing is required.

Hands-on experience with Iterable is required.

Familiarity with ESP/marketing automation tools is required as a minimum.

Ability to interpret CRM data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaign development and quality is required. Candidates should have advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience.
