Marketing Manager Intern Volunteer

Tech Time Cincinnati Foundation is seeking an innovative and results‑driven Marketing Manager Intern to help elevate our brand and programs across Cincinnati. You will lead and implement dynamic marketing campaigns, support community outreach events, and serve as a mentor in our youth entrepreneurship programs. This flexible, part‑time internship offers hands‑on experience in nonprofit marketing strategy, digital content creation, and event promotion while making a positive community impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our organization and programs
Create engaging digital and print content (social media, video, flyers, newsletters) that showcases our events and educational impact
Attend classes and special events to document activities and capture photos/videos for promotional use
Design and implement a consistent posting schedule and marketing calendar
Serve as a guest advisor in youth entrepreneurship programs, presenting on marketing strategy and assisting students in developing their business campaigns
Collect and share participant testimonials and program success stories
Manage marketing analytics/reporting and provide biweekly updates to leadership
Collaborate with administrative and instructional staff for event promotion, communications, and community outreach
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials

Requirements
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
Strong photography and basic video editing skills
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, social media strategy, and current trends
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Ability to work with diverse age groups, including youth
Creative problem‑solving and adaptability
Familiarity with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred
Reliable transportation for travel to program locations
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
Must consent to random drug testing in accordance with foundation policy
Must have personal laptop and quiet home office space
Travel Requirements
Mobility required; classes and programs occur throughout Cincinnati at nursing homes, adult care facilities, schools, and event centers
Occasional reporting to our central office for meetings and administrative tasks (approx. once biweekly)
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required
