R-100431**Job Description:****Position Summary**:The Business Continuity Intern will gain experience in the business continuity field by providing support to the vendor and risk management team. This position will assist with a variety of special projects and support functions designed to achieve the overall strategic objectives of the Risk Management department.**Primary Responsibilities and Duties:*** Partner with each business unit to identify critical business processes* Obtain current documented procedures for each critical process* Determining workaround if key systems are down* Begin working on updated Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for each critical process* Identify and establish contingency plans with departments* Design of tabletop exercises to test plans**Knowledge/Skills:*** Ability to analyze and interpret financial data* Strong organizational skills.* Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills* Demonstrates high accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)* Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills to analyze information and make sounds decisions* Accountable for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information**Minimum Requirements:*** High School diploma or GED* Currently attending a college or university and have taken intermediate level courses typically in the third year of study.* Pursuit of degree in Business preferredEverwise is an equal opportunity employer.
