Prepare and present concepts, line reviews, and collection updates to internal stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into the line. Analyze sales performance and apply key learnings to future seasons to drive continuous improvement and growth. Maintain a well-organized design library, including fabrics, trims, artwork, digital files, and reference samples. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in sleepwear design. Proven success designing for Gen Z and Millennial customers, with a clear point of view on what resonates with these demographics.
