We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Design Specialist Intern to support our print and digital marketing initiatives for the Motors & Drives division. This intern will play an important role in refreshing our existing brochures and marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and modernized brand presence across platforms. This is a hands‑on opportunity to build real‑world experience while contributing to meaningful, high‑visibility projects. Responsibilities

Print & Digital Design

Create visually compelling graphics for brochures, one‑pagers, trade show materials, social media content, and internal communications. Develop digital assets including web banners, campaign graphics, email visuals, and layout templates.

Marketing Material Modernization

Evaluate existing brochures and marketing collateral to identify opportunities for design improvements. Update and redesign materials to align with current brand standards, messaging, and marketing direction. Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather content and ensure accuracy and consistency.

Brand Alignment & Collaboration

Maintain brand guidelines across all marketing materials. Work with the Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to translate technical concepts into easy‑to‑understand visual content.

Project Support

Assist with preparing files for print vendors, ensuring correct formatting, color profiles, and specifications. Organize and manage creative assets, versioning, and project documentation.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities in both print and digital formats. Experience or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
