As the face of Salmon Creek Indoor, they help give customers the best possible experience by providing exceptional service. That means they are knowledgeable in all aspects of our programs and enjoy interacting with others. Whether it's answering questions in person, making phone calls, checking in players, booking birthday parties, or just working the counter, our hosts know how to get it doneand have fun while they're doing it. Become well-versed in all Salmon Creek Indoor offerings to provide outstanding customer service. Collaborate with customers to answer questions and problem-solving. Effectively and professionally communicate with customers in person, on the phone, and by email. Assisting with sales of programming and customer memberships. Accurately process transactions, both cash and credit cards, using our Point of Sale and Scheduling platforms. Serve food, beverages, and concessions, if you don't have a MAST permit, we will pay for your training to get this. Must be 21 years old to serve alcohol at the arena. Manage front desk appearance with stocking, facing, and rotation of inventory. Help maintain a clean facility. Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives are team players who are enthusiastic, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for all customers. They also: Build rapport with all customers and families Multi-task and manage time effectively Know how to have fun on the job! Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Undergo a background check. Desired Availability
We are actively looking for candidates that currently have availability to work the following Days/Times: PRIORITY: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Evenings Weekday Evenings Weekday Mornings Compensation: $17.75 - $18.75 per hour
