We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!*Provides staffing support to CA Member Centers due to vacation, illness, leaves and staff turnover. Within established authority level, processes a wide variety of financial transactions and opens new accounts. Enhances members’ financial well being by determining needs, providing financial education and cross selling members/potential members on CEFCU products and services. Maintains organization viability through goal attainment set forth in member center and corporate balanced scorecards. Exceeds member expectations. Supports other Member Centers in the region as needed for the purposes of cross training and to cover staffing shortages to meet business demands and maintain appropriate service levels.Required Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent is required.* Must register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registration (NMLS) to comply with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act).* One year of previous customer service experience with cash handling.* Bilingual skills in Spanish are required for some positions.* Must be sales/solutions/service oriented and work well in a production/goal attainment environmentPreferred Qualifications:* One year of customer service experience, including cash handling, preferably with a financial institution.**Summary Pay Range**The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $23.76 - $27.92.### ### This position also includes an hourly shift premium of $0.60.*Compensation offered may vary based on skills and experience.
