Page Six, which originally started as a gossip column on the sixth page of the New York Post, has since grown into a leading online digital brand focused on celebrity news, pop culture, and entertainment. It reaches millions of readers daily with exclusive stories, breaking news, and in‑depth features.
We are looking for a talented
Page Six Social Media Intern (40 hrs/week)
to join the PageSix.com team. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of celebrity news, pop culture, and entertainment. We’re looking for a passionate, creative intern who’s obsessed with celebrities and eager to contribute to exciting journalism. If you’re full of ideas, have a love for breaking stories, and are ready to get your hands dirty in the fast‑paced media world, we want to hear from you.
Note: This internship is scheduled to run from
June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026 . Participants are expected to work full‑time hours and adhere to our on‑site work schedule. Open to current juniors and seniors pursuing a BA, MA students, and recent graduates who completed their degree within the past year. Priority consideration will be given to applications received by March 15th.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the PageSix.com team to brainstorm and pitch ideas for breaking news, features, and photo galleries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as transcribing and research to support reporters.
Write engaging stories covering all things pop culture, from celebrity news to entertainment trends.
Help track and follow trending topics in the celebrity world to stay ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For
Strong news judgment with the ability to identify and prioritize important stories.
Excellent writing skills and the ability to craft compelling, engaging content.
Self‑starter who is able to work independently and take initiative.
A genuine passion for celebrity culture, entertainment, and pop culture.
Highly attuned to trending topics and emerging stories in the world of entertainment.
