Description Chainbridge Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Capture Analyst to support our growth strategy by identifying new market opportunities, researching prospective clients, analyzing competitors, and providing actionable insights. The Capture Analyst will be responsible for supporting and executing plans to maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities while assisting in the capture, transition, and subsequent growth of targeted opportunities within Federal clients. This is a hybrid position with a preferential location in the national capital region that requires this individual to work out of headquarters in Fairfax, VA 2- 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities Market & Industry Research
Leverage AI to conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities with FEDCIV agencies.
Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Monitor market developments and emerging sectors.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Gather and interpret data from various sources (databases, industry reports, CRM systems).
Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development initiatives.
Support strategic planning with data-driven insights.
Lead Generation & Prospect Research
Identify potential clients and partners.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
Research decision-makers and key stakeholders within the FEDCIV sector.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum of 3+ years of directly related Business Development research / analyst, Proposal Coordinator and/or Capture experience within Federal clients.
US Citizenship is required
Successful track record in strategic account identification, research and analysis focused on a wide range of solutions and services.
Strong business acumen to help us continue to strengthen Chainbridge Solutions’ brand, culture, and success in the market.
Preparing, presenting, and executing new business and account growth plans.
Participating in account management activities associated with identification, qualification, capture and bid activities, transitioning awards to operations.
Conducting analysis of market opportunities and performing a gap analysis between customer needs and current group offerings to identify potential future capabilities.
Ability to envision the interfaces, interdependencies, and activities between multiple programs and captures at a line of business and/or capability portfolio level.
Have a breadth and depth of knowledge of federal agencies and capture processes.
Maintaining contact with customer leadership in the acquisition, program requirements development, and mission organizations.
Knowledge of buying patterns, preferred contract vehicles, price constraints, and other criteria relevant to targeted markets expansion.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Frequently remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time looking at a computer screen.
Continuous verbal and written communication with others to exchange information.
Continuous repetitive movements that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Comprehension- Must continuously be able to understand direction and adhere to established procedures.
Organization- Must continuously be able to gather and classify information.
