The senior tax analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s income tax accounting, tax reporting processes and income tax compliance processes. The role will play a key part in preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions, maintaining documentation of tax processes and supporting the preparation of the federal tax return and supporting workpapers.**Specific Responsibilities***ASC 740 Tax Provision & Reporting** Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual global tax provision calculations* Calculate and analyze current and deferred tax positions* Assist in preparing financial statement footnote disclosures related to income taxes* Reconcile income tax accounts and ensure proper supporting documentation is maintained.* Partner with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting of tax-related items.* Work with business units to understand forecast changes impacting the annual effective tax rate.*Tax Compliance** Prepare workpapers and tax analyses to support
U.S. federal income tax return as part of a co-sourcing arrangement with an outside tax service provider.* Prepare information to support the group’s global compliance for Pillar Two and country-by-country reporting.* Support U.S. income tax audits, data requests, and notices.* Assist with other tax projects, as requested.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or advanced degree strongly preferred).* Minimum of 2 years of relevant income tax experience (public accounting and/or large corporate tax department experience).* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with proven analytical and critical‐thinking abilities.* Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
income tax accounting principles.* Experience using tax provision software (e.g., Bloomberg, OneSource, CorpTax).* Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.* Experience with ERP systems; SAP and OneStream experience a plus.The Salary range for this position is $79,500.00-$100,450.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.Rehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
