We currently have a great opportunity for a Print Coordinator to join our team!
This role partners closely with the Director of Color / Print Product Development to support and contribute fresh, fashion-driven, and highly creative print ideas aligned with the seasonal creative vision and brand aesthetic. The Print Coordinator will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment alongside designers and cross-functional partners, supporting both the creative and executional aspects of print development.
The
Print Coordinator
reports to the Director of Color / Print Product Development.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Color / Print PD and Design teams to contribute creative, fashion-driven print ideas reflective of the seasonal vision and brand aesthetic
Work with the Art Department on print colorways and repeat executions
Create, update, and maintain both digital and physical presentation boards for internal meetings and reviews, ensuring all materials are accurate and current
Submit artwork to internal and external partners and track all encad (showroom yardage) throughout the seasonal design process
Coordinate print development activities across the design season, ensuring adherence to development calendars and key milestones
Support the organization, tracking, and follow-up of print artwork, revisions, and approvals
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to support timely execution
Demonstrate strong fabric and print technique knowledge to support print development decisions
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while adapting to shifting business needs
Work independently while collaborating effectively within a large, cross-functional team
Maintain exceptional organization, attention to detail, and accuracy across all responsibilities
Adhere to time management expectations and seasonal calendar deadlines
Qualifications
3+ years of textile design experience within the apparel market
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong working knowledge of fabrics and print techniques
Highly developed taste level with excellent color sensibility
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills and calendar adherence
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
