Job Description You join the Commercial Relations team as a customer satisfaction and complaint expert.
On a daily basis, your missions are:
The management of claims
The organization of complaint committees
The reporting
The monitoring of associated and partner relationships
The follow‑up of Commercial Relationship

With a higher education degree in law/management, business school, you have successful experience in a regulated sector (banking, insurance, management company), ideally in the same type of position.
You master:
The field of real estate savings and its legal environment
The computer tools: Excel, Word, Outlook, Unicia (if possible)
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:
Equipped with good writing qualities (letters, emails…)
Rigorous
Of a curious nature and with a developed business sense
Interested in the marketed products/offers
