Job Overview Edward Jones' Travel & Event Management team is seeking a Program Manager to manage Supplier Relationship and drive program results. This Manager serves as a strategic problem‑solver and trusted decision‑maker, navigating complex, non‑routine challenges with critical thinking and sound judgment.

Position Schedule: Full‑Time. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants. This role is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 27-Feb-2026.

Key Responsibilities Lead Supplier performance activities, build and maintain relationships with vendors, communicate vendor directions to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Provide strategic program management to achieve results.

Compensation and Benefits Hiring Minimum: $84,100. Hiring Maximum: $143,100. Skills / Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.

3+ years of experience leading projects and/or programs.

5+ years of supplier management experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating group meetings and program communications.

Demonstrates organizational skills and time management abilities.

Strong problem‑solving skills.

Understanding of program cost projections, billing reconciliation, project charters, and business justification.

Work Location and Schedule Candidates living within a commutable distance from our St. Louis, MO home office are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Prior to that date, three days per week, preferably Tuesday through Thursday.
