What You Will Do You will be responsible for building, shaping, and implementing coordinated communication plans, evaluating campaign creative, watching, and analyzing business performance, and becoming an employee of a dynamic global marketing team.

Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies and go-to‑market plans aimed at achieving our business objectives

Assist in crafting comprehensive communication plans across the team to ensure effective messaging and coordination

Evaluate campaign creative and track approvals and status updates with external agencies

Dive into the analysis of business performance, helping uncover insights for informed recommendations and decision‑making

Watch program and product budgets to ensure financial objectives are met

Collaborate with global and regional teams across marketing disciplines to deliver assets, campaign pitch kits, toolkits, and content while adhering to brand guidelines and project timelines

Provide insights into Gen Z trends and their ways of thinking, adding a generational perspective

Actively contribute to discussions and initiatives as an engaged and proactive team member

Be responsible for overall project management and assist with ad‑hoc requests from the team

Required Qualifications & Skills

Skilled at developing strategic feedback, business proposals, and marketing communication plans

Proven experience in strategic development and project management

Creative‑minded with the ability to encourage individuals and teams

Knowledge of marketing industry trends and innovations

Proven presentation skills, including deck development in PowerPoint and Keynote, storytelling, and scripting

Curiosity about global consumer products marketing activation

Education

Junior or Senior year preferred

Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related major preferred

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application posting, or currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship

Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program

Be at least 18 years of age

Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines while at work

The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 – January 2027

Must have the ability to work full‑time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) Monday – Friday, for the duration of the internship

Being able to provide one's own housing and reliable transportation to/from work is required

The pay rate for this role in Glendale, CA is $22.50 per hour.
