What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a highly driven Bilingual Brand Services Manager to join our client's team for the Atlanta branch of this nationwide franchise. In this position you will be responsible for targeting qualified customers and providing them with consultative sales services for their business.
Compensation And Benefits
Competitive Base Salary - $50,000 - $60,000
Uncapped Commission (25% on all new sales) & Bonus Potential
$500 per month car allowance

Your Responsibilities
Provide business consultation, education, development, and ongoing support to franchisees to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
Through meetings, work with the Franchisee to define business growth plans and identify what is needed to support that growth.
In conjunction with Franchisees being supported, develop proactive customer service recommendations and problem-solving support for accounts, including on-site visits with assigned franchisee.
Achieve sales revenue goals and objectives through increases, new account sales, supply sales, and special services.
Work closely with Business Development and Outside sales to concentrate efforts in targeted areas.
Coordinate assignment and startup of new accounts through account review with Sales, Franchisee and Customer.
Document all activity with customers and Franchisees in Salesforce database.
Support marketing efforts with customers and Franchisees by requesting Google+ reviews.
Work with supply vendors on latest equipment and chemicals to use in Franchisee education.
Continuing Education in Industry related webinars, materials, Expos, and other related events.
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time by management.
Qualifications We Require
Native or Fluency in Spanish and English
Must have a safe driving record
Experience with sales, including cold calling, identifying high quality leads, and providing a white-glove sales funnel
Technologically advanced with expertise in Microsoft 365 platform
Must be highly organized with a sense of urgency in completing processes
Adept in conflict resolution with good problem‑solving abilities
