Lead
continuous improvement initiatives
across multiple business units
Facilitate
value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and process improvement workshops
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement operational improvements
Manage CI projects from initiation through implementation and measurement of results
Develop and track
KPIs and performance metrics
to evaluate improvement initiatives
Provide coaching and guidance to teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence best practices
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
7+ years of experience in
Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement
roles
Strong experience with
Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
(Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement initiatives
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
Preferred Experience
Background in manufacturing, supply chain, healthcare, or corporate operations environments
Experience managing enterprise-wide CI initiatives
